New sky and water paintings

It's exciting to share new work with you, especially this time, because the past three months I've been working on painting people. It will be fun to show you "my people paintings" when the final one is finished. Needless to say, I still need to do other non-people paintings along the way for my own creative sanity. You know how I am... I love painting skies and water, so I stepped back into familiar territory for both of these. These two 24 x 36 paintings are the ones I've just finished:
