Long Shadows - Sold
This is another of my paintings depicting the beach, one of my special places. It was late afternoon and the sun was behind the sand dunes causing long shadows to dance across the sand and surf. The golden grasses were blowing in the wind, then to my surprise I saw the footsteps in the sand. I love this painting as the thoughts invoke someone who was here before me. Comforting, somehow!
