Red
I love this small painting. I am a "blue person", by which I do not mean my mood or personality, but that my paintings are often filled with shades of blues. When I painted this little abstract piece, using a palette knife, I chose to branch out just a bit. Deciding to add the touch of red into it causes it to “sing”. Somehow, no matter how many shades of blue I used - and there are quite a few - those pops of vivid red enhance even the blues. What do you think?
